WARRANTY

We offer a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturer defects. Below are some examples of warranty issues that can be fixed.

  • Spring clasp breaking

  • Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring

  • Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)

  • Ear post breaking 

  • Earring clasp breaking

What is not covered

  • Gold Plated items.

  • Fading of gold filled items or excessive scratching on surface from use of abrasive materials and or chemicals such as perfumes, hand sanitizers, and/or lotions. 

  • Hoops or chains that have been bent after purchase.

Please email hello@rhyandlia.com with the subject "Warranty for Order #xxxx" along with clear photos and a brief description of what the defect is, and we'll respond within 48-72 hours.

Please note that our warranty doesn't cover items that were broken with force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. If your item doesn't qualify for the warranty, we may be able to repair it for a small fee. Please also feel free to email us with the subject "Repair Request - Order #xxxx" along with clear photos of where it broke.

Our warranty also does not cover items that have been damaged due to improper care. Our gold filled items are sensitive to chemicals such as lotions, hand sanitizers, perfumes and excessive moisture (such as pool water, beach water, or showering daily with your jewelry on) and constant application of these things can cause damage to your gold filled items. 

If you purchased some of our items at one of our pop-ups and you are having a warranty issue please email us at hello@rhyandlia.com. All sales from our pop-up are final but if you are having a warranty issue we will need to look up your purchase through payment transactions to validate purchase.
