CANADA ORDERS

We currently only offer standard USPS First Class Mail to Canada. Transit time is usually 11-20 days. It varies by location. Transit times may increase due to customs. Tracking information is not always accurate. It is up to the international carrier to update the tracking which doesn't always happen. We unfortunately cannot provide more info other than what we see on the tracking information.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, Rhy + Lia is not responsible for any lost packages. If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to open a case to find the package.Once a package leaves our office, we unfortunately have no control over the package.
